Pricing follows the size and condition of the leasing administration application — not a subscription. Below are starting ranges to help you plan; every engagement receives a written quote.
How we price
Most full audits are quoted as a fixed engagement fee after we see contract count, asset classes, language mix, and whether onsite fieldwork is required. Focused reviews may use a day rate when the boundary of the file is still shifting.

Complex multi-entity packs, bilingual contract sets, or rushed credit-committee deadlines increase the quote. Travel outside Chiang Mai for fieldwork is billed at cost with prior approval.
What influences the estimate
- Number of lease contracts inside the administration application
- Asset classes (fleet vs mixed equipment vs property-linked)
- Completeness of schedules at intake
- Need for onsite inspection of original working papers
- Whether a prior findings letter already exists
Deposits and timing
A deposit of 30% confirms the engagement date. The balance is due on delivery of the findings letter or reconciliation workbook. Informational pricing only — no online checkout.
