Engagement
A structured examination of the application pack, payment schedules, residual calculations, and supporting covenants before approval or renewal.
Lessors, captive finance desks, and in-house finance teams preparing or receiving a leasing administration application that must be defended to credit, audit, or counsel. The engagement suits vehicle, equipment, and property-linked lease files where residuals and payment timing drive the economics.
A signed findings letter and annotated working-paper index that state what was examined, which figures reconcile, and where the administration application diverges from source contracts or vendor schedules. Management receives a plain-language summary suitable for credit committee packs.
Work is led by a Chiang Mai–based audit practitioner with leasing administration experience. After the engagement letter is signed, we hold a scoping call, request a document list, perform fieldwork (onsite or remote), and issue the findings letter. Clarification calls are included during the review window.
Most single-portfolio applications complete in two to four weeks depending on file completeness. Multi-entity packs are sequenced by asset class. Delivery is by secure file transfer plus a walkthrough meeting.
Please gather signed lease agreements, the administration application form as submitted or drafted, payment and residual schedules, early-termination logs, and any prior internal review notes. Incomplete packs extend the calendar.
We require read-only access to the documents under review and a named client contact for questions within two business days. Thai-language and English files are both accepted; mixed-language packs should note the governing language of each contract.
Fees are quoted as a fixed engagement amount based on contract count, asset classes, and whether fieldwork is onsite. See the fees page for starting ranges. A deposit confirms the booking.
